4. Recover choice
What truth has not been named? What evidence is missing? Which option is reversible? Which boundary must remain intact?
5. Choose one practice

6. Prepare the conversation
What is the shared purpose? What can you state as an observation? What are you genuinely willing to hear? What must be clear before the conversation finishes?
7. Review without theatre
What changed? What did not? What did you learn? What needs to become a role, rhythm, decision rule or boundary?
